My Pineapple Cake
cooked by JADE Yummy, I made a mothers day surprise for my mummy. A while ago I made this treat for my mom and for myself, since I absolutely looove pineapple cake. This time we tried something new though. We used Duncan Hines pineapple flavored cake instead of just the plain yellow cake. And I must say it was quite good. And it looked nice too… So here’s how I made it: 1 box pineapple cake mix from duncan hines 3 eggs specified amount of water and oil follow cooking directions on the package. Chicken Asparagus Pasta
1 large frozen boneless skinless chicken breast Salt&Pepper to taste Vinagrette salad dressing 1/2 lemonRanch Dressing 1 box of Ziti noodles (as much as you want) Olive Oil Parmesean Cheese Leftover asparagus or any other veggie you’d like. Such as broccoli, cauliflower or anything else that is firm. In a non-stick skillet cover the bottom with olive oil. Defrost and cut chicken into bitesized pieces. Boil water for pasta noodles (on high). Heat skillet. And then add in chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Let it cook. Add lemon and then the vinagrette sauce. Add your vegetables. Drain and pour the pasta into skillet. Toss around, and cook well. Add some water occasionally to avoin the pan burning, and the ingredients getting burned and dry. Baked Rigatoni
Olive Oil 2 lbs. ground beef 1 med. jar spaghetti sauce with roasted garlic 1 (28-30 oz. cans) can tomato sauce 1 (28-30 oz. cans) can diced tomatoes Pinch of dried oregano Pinch of dried parsley Pinch of dried basil Pinch of salt, plus additional salt for pasta water Pinch of pepper 1 med. onion, chopped 1 (1 lb.) bag shredded mozzarella cheese 1 (1 lb.) box rigatoni noodles Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Heat a large pot(for sauce). Boil a large pot of water for pasta. Add salt if desired. Add ground beef and cook until liquid has evaporated and the fat rendered. Add garlic and onions, and cook until fragrant and beef is starting to brown. Add tomatoes and sauce, spices, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 1 hour.
