Chicken Asparagus Pasta

1 large frozen boneless skinless chicken breast Salt&Pepper to taste Vinaigrette salad dressing 1/2 lemon ranch Dressing 1 box of Ziti noodles (as much as you want) Olive Oil Parmesean Cheese Leftover asparagus or any other veggie you’d like. Such as broccoli, cauliflower or anything else that is firm. In a non-stick skillet cover the bottom with olive oil. Defrost and cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Boil water for pasta noodles (on high). Heat skillet. And then add in chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Let it cook. Add lemon and then the vinaigrette sauce.
