Condiment: Miso Dip

Miso Dip

I liked it well enough when I tried the Pesa recipe from the Overseas Pinoy Cook, but this ‘dip’ as he called it just blew me away! I am not one to be overly effusive about anything, but I have to say this dip or condiment (however you wan to call it), is fantastic! I have since used it with other dishes and loved it every time. BTW, if you have a pasta lover in your family like I do, this is great as a simple sauce! For other fried meats like pork chop and fried chicken, this is a great condiment with them too. I especially liked it with chicken curry also! Let me know what other dishes you try this with.

About Jeanette Moore (JMom)

I am a terrible housekeeper but I do love to cook so it all evens out in the end. I like to try new recipes that I think my family will like. However, I am not one to follow all recipes to the letter. I tend to tweak and change the recipes based on what I have on hand and how I am feeling at the time. Feel free to share your versions, I just might try it out next time I make the dish again.
