Herb Fried Rice

Fried rice with a variety of garden herbs.
  • 4-5 cups cooked Rice (preferably cold from the day before)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup Basil, chopped
  • ¼ cup Italian Parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup Green Onions, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt, to taste
  1. In a large skillet, heat up the oil.
  2. Add the garlic and herbs and fry them up for a minute or until they turn bright green and become fragrant.
  3. Add the rice, and stirfry until thoroughly heated through.
  4. Season with salt according to your preference.
