Beer Batter Bread

Ingredients
  • 3 cups Self-Rising Flour
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • 12 oz. or 1½ cup Beer
  • 6 Tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter, softened, to grease pan
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Butter a standard sized loaf pan.
  3. Mix flour, sugar and beer; and pour into prepared pan.
  4. Pour the melted butter on top of the batter.
  5. Bake at 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees F
  6. Cool in pan for 15 minutes then turn out of the pan.
